This hybrid, created and registered by Yuan Dung Orchids in 2017, is one of the best spotted novelty Cattleya in years! This hybrid is a marked improvement over both parents, which are also spotted Cattleyas. Plants have a compact growth habit with amazing vigor and excellent flower count. Waxy, long-lasting olive-green flowers with burgundy spots and a large contrasting purple lip have a heavy substance and a sweet fragrance. Grow in typical Cattleya culture. Excellent for growing on a bright windowsill or under lights. Highly recommended for fragrant orchid lovers and Cattleya collectors.
Note: Blc. Yuan Dung Python is also known as Rhyncholaeliocattleya (Rlc.) Yuan Dung Python because the Brassavola digbyana in its ancestry is now classified as Rhyncholaelia digbyana.
