Formerly known as Brassavola cordata, B. subulifolia is endemic to Jamaica as a hot to warm grower !  And its nighttime citrus fragrance is simply amazing.  Flowering from late summer into the fall, it can carry up to six long-lived flowers per inflorescence, each spike emerging from newly maturing pencil-shaped leaves.  A compact grower, it can flower more than once a year.  Water generously while in active growth, lessening once the flowers have faded.  A new release of everyone’s favorite and Highly Recommended !
