Angraecum (abbreviated Angcm.) germinyanum is a small to medium size species endemic to Madagascar found at higher elevations.  A pendulous grower with shiny smooth leaves, short single-flowered spikes emerge from the leaf nodes, striking 3.5-inch, long-lasting, waxy, night-fragrant pure white flowers have thin twisting 2-inch sepals and petals with a large flat upturned lip and a 5-inch spur.

Each inflorescence can continue to produce its large (compared to size of plant) waxy flowers for a period of up to several months.  An intermediate grower, this beautiful species is easy to grow and flower, making this an excellent beginner plant.

These seed-grown miniature plants do best at cool to intermediate temperatures and medium light levels with good humidity and air circulation. Can be grown in a pot or mounted. Once they start flowering during spring/summer, many spikes can be produced over a period of several months. Perfect for growing on a windowsill or under lights. Highly Recommended!
