Endemic to the eastern Himalayas, Thailand and southern China, this fragrant species produces dramatically pendant inflorescences literally covered with 2” rich butter yellow flowers and accented by large velvety lips.  A small to medium grower, this species can also be grown outdoors in frost-free areas.  A late winter to spring bloomer, its inflorescences are produced from the upper nodes of each cane, allowing for its magnificent display.  This species benefits from a distinctly drier winter rest with water and fertilizer resumed at the onset of new growth in the spring.  Highly Recommended !

PLEASE NOTE: Since this is a Seedling Population (not a Mericlone which produces exact duplicates), the picture is for illustration purposes only. No two plants will be the same from this cross, and they will flower in a range of possibilities coming from the two parents.
