Description
Just recently awarded its AM/AOS from the American Orchid Society, this Cymbidium is a division from the famed Stewart Orchids Masterpiece Collection ! We were fortunate to obtain a division of this plant from Ernest Hetherington many years ago and are now able to release limited divisions of it. A good grower for a Cymbidium madidum hybrid, its waxy heavy substance flowers cascade gracefully creating a stunning display of yellow-green. In southern California, we grow these outdoors in New Zealand moss benefitting its Cym. madidum parentage which likes it moist year round. Cym. madidum also gives it very attractive foliage with broad dark green leaves, making it ornamental even when not in flower. A must-have treasure for every Cymbidium collection and Very Highly Recommended!
