Description

Bulbophullum electrinum var. calvum 'Pumpkin' (syn. Bulb. hirundinis) - a micro-mini species that originates from Taiwan. A multitude of orange-colored flowers are borne on a slender inflorescence held high above the pseudobulbs. This charming species grows in warm to cool conditions, partial shade, ample water, and good air movement. Can be grown mounted or in a pot with excellent drainage. A wonderful companion plant for phalaenopsis. We have grown this clone successfully with all our phalaenopsis and it blooms 2-3 times a year in our greenhouses.
