NF3061 Phal. Prince Blue Star (YangYang Blue Surprise x YangYang Ever Blue)
A stunning new novelty Phalaenopsis hybrid from Mr. Yang Yang of Prince Orchids, this masterpiece is a cross between the exceptional Phal. YangYang Blue Surprise—a white flower adorned with striking blue bars—and Phal. YangYang Ever Blue, a richly saturated blue flower with outstanding shape and form.
This remarkable orchid features compact, round leaves inherited from Phal. violacea, making it highly heat-tolerant. With its vigorous growth habit and multiple long-lasting flower spikes, it provides a continuous display of breathtaking blooms. For best results, avoid cutting spikes unless they are completely brown and dry.
The flowers of Phal. YangYang Blue Star should be blue with blue bars or solid indigo blue. It will have a heavy, durable texture and can exhibit surprising diversity due to the species in its genetic background, including Phal. violacea, Phal. tetraspis, Phal. micholitzii, Phal. amboinensis, Phal. venosa, Phal. bellina, and Phal. lueddemanniana. Adding to its charm, the flowers are anticipated to emit a delightful fragrance.
Cultivation Tips
· Thrives under both artificial light and natural light from windowsills.
· Easy to grow and flower—no cool treatment required.
· Prefers high humidity, warm to hot temperatures, and consistent watering year-round.
Important Note—This population consists of seedlings, not clones, so natural variation is expected between plants. Each orchid will have its own unique traits, making every plant a one-of-a-kind treasure.
We anticipate many of these orchids will achieve prestigious flower quality awards, such as the Award of Quality (AQ), which is granted to a group of at least 12 plants or inflorescences from different clones exhibited by a single individual.
For a truly rewarding experience, consider purchasing two plants and enjoying the delight of comparing their individual characteristics. Highly recommended!

PLEASE NOTE: Since this is a Seedling Population (not a Mericlone which produces exact duplicates), the picture is for illustration purposes only. No two plants will be the same from this cross, and they will flower in a range of possibilities coming from the two parents.
