Paphiopedilum (abbreviated Paph.) Wössner Favourite was originally registered by F. Glanz in 2005. This remake has been bred utilizing special very select parents and the flowers are superb! The pod parent, Paph. hangianum 'Bear-2', is a member of the parvisepalum section with an outstanding shape and color. The pollen parent, Paph. godefroyae 'Bear' BM/TOGA, is a member of the brachypetalum section. The 'Bear' clone was awarded by the Taiwan Orchid Growers Association (TOGA), and has an impressive flower size, shape, and color. This hybrid is easy to grow and has a very impressive long-lasting flower, with great size and color. It is warmth tolerant and is easily grown under lights or on a windowsill. We predict many awards from this phenomenal remake. Highly Recommended.
