A very special 3-petal, or petaloid, form of this charming species whereby the lip becomes more like a third petal ! This is the first time this clone is available in the US and the petaloid form is extremely rare. ‘Snow White’ grows to only half the size of the standard Den. formosanum species. An extremely weather-tolerant species, it can be grown warm to cool in frost-free areas. Its flower spikes, bearing 1-4 fragrant flowers, emerge from the nodes near the top of mature leafy canes with its large flowers being quite long lasting. For something truly different this is Very Highly Recommended !
