From Mr. Liu of Golf Orchid (Kaohsiung, Taiwan), the breeder who originated the well-known Rlc. Golf Green 'Hair Pig', we are excited to introduce the new and improved clone ‘Jade Lace’.
The clone ‘Hair Pig’ has been so over cloned that it is no longer true to the original. Mr. Liu selected the clone ‘Jade Lace’ for its clear jade green color on the entire flower. The plant is very compact, a very vigorous grower, and its fragrance is to die for!
We obtained the clone 'Jade Lace' directly from Mr. Liu, which has not been mass produced. Less than 1,000 plants were produced via in-vitro micro division on each cloning production. We have field tested this variety and found it has heat tolerance and can produce up to 4 flowers per spike. Highly recommended and excellent to grow under lights or on bright windowsill.
