Description 

Endemic to Costa Rica, Panama and Columbia, Schomburgkia lueddemannii is a large species producing robust pseudobulbs and 30+” spikes ! Its waxy flowers, produced on terminal spikes, can reach over 5cm in size. This species can also be grown outdoors in a container or mounted on a tree where the winter is mild and frost-free. Once established under outdoor conditions, it will take full sun and can flower 2-3 times a year. This is a division of Norman’s stud plant and is Very Highly Recommended !
