Description 

Used to call Phal amabilis var formosana but now classify by kew as PHal aphrodite subs . formosana . A "Fangtastic" sibbing of two tetraploid parents which has been producing exceptional progeny of this species. Bearing round compact leaves and producing self-supporting compact spikes of this classic easy-grower, these seedlings have not failed to please. A must for any species collection !
