This link automatically launches your e-mail program with a preformatted e-mail to news@orchids.com.  If it fails to do this, you can manually send an e-mail to news@orchids.com with “unsubscribe” as the subject.

Please remember, you have to use the e-mail address the newsletter is being sent to.  For example, if you have a yahoo account and a g-mail account and the newsletter is being sent to the Yahoo account which is forwarding to the g-mail account, removing the g-mail account will not remove you from the e-mail list.
