To redeem your certificate, please follow these simple steps:

Step 1 - Go to our website www.orchids.com. Browse around and see what we have to offer. We have an array of orchids and supplies to choose from.

Step 2 - Once you have selected the item(s) that you would like to purchase, simply click ADD TO CART. You may add to cart as many items as you would like. When you are ready to complete your order, click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.

Step 3 – The next page will ask you for your name & address. If you will be spending more than your gift certificate and will be paying partially with a credit card, make sure you provide us with the exact billing address where the credit card is being billed. On the bottom of the page, you have a choice to send your order to the address that you just provided or to a different address. When you have selected your option CLICK TO CONTINUE.

Step 4 – The next page will be the Confirmation & Payment page. If you are paying partially with a credit card, please provide the credit card number and expiration date. Below that, provide the Gift Certificate Code. CLICK SUBMIT to finalize your order. If a credit card is not needed, you can go straight to the Gift Certificate Code and CLICK SUBMIT to finalize your order. If you have excess funds, you may use the balance at a later time.

Step 5 - To ensure that your order was processed, the last page should read, “ YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SUCCESFULLY PROCESSED.” You should get an email confirmation shortly.
