Orders going to Puerto Rico and Hawaii need a Phytosanitary Certificate for an additional charge of $81.00. Hawaii orders also need an import permit from the recipient. Please state in the ~special shipping instructions~ box that you agree to the additional charge to obtain the Phytosanitary Certificate when placing the order.

It is imperative that we are given the correct address to ship packages. Orchids.com cannot be held responsible for orders that are misdelivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address. Please make sure that you check the confirmation that is sent to you immediately after the order is placed to ensure that all the information is correct.

To ensure safe arrival of healthy orchid plants, someone must be home to sign for the package. FedEx and UPS will leave packages at the doorstep if nobody is home without signature.
